Join me for a six-class yoga series to help you discover more about different Vasisthasana Variations (aka Side Plank Pose) and more about yourself. Over the past two years we have had to adapt and adjust where, when and how we practice yoga. Most of us used to regularly go to studios, and rarely practiced with online classes. Then Covid-19 came along and taught us that online classes could be fun, challenging and we actually liked practicing online (for some of us at least).
I shifted my teaching to online classes, and as part of that process I created these five different yoga series class packs so that you could continue to expand your possibilities and expand your practice at home.
Each series focuses on a different pose. The classes are approximately 75 minutes each, and the series’ are either 6 or 8 classes per series. These classes exclusive to Adventure Yoga Online and not available on my public YouTube channel.

This is your practice and your path, and just like in life, you get choice. There are five different series to choose from, each focused around a different pose.

Each class series costs just $19 USD and you can pay for your series via PayPal. To pay for your series of classes, click the button below the series you would like to join. You will be sent a link to the series of classes after your payment has gone through.
6 Class Series – Vasisthasana Variations
Vasisthasana Variations is a chance to play with the variations of Side Plank (Vasisthasana) as you build core strength and balance. We will work on some of the variations of Side Plank (aka Vasisthasana) over this series of six yoga classes. A yoga strap and a yoga blanket will be helpful for this series.
For this series it will be helpful to have practiced Side Plank and be at least a little comfortable with the pose.
More information about these classes:
- The classes are recorded and available online for you to practice with whenever you like, as many times as you like.
- The videos are streamed and not available to download.
- You must be at least 18 years old to take part in these classes.
- You are solely responsible for your safety during your practice.
